Processing & Shipping Method

All orders are shipped via USPS standard shipping unless otherwise stated. Standard shipping delivery time is 7–10 business days after an order has been processed.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Made-to-Order Items

Some products may be made to order. If an item is made to order, you will be notified prior to or shortly after purchase with updated processing and shipping timeframes. Made-to-order items may require additional time before shipment.

Shipping Timeframes

Shipping time estimates begin once the order has been handed off to USPS. Delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped and accepted by USPS, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the carrier. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once tracking information has been provided.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping addresses are accurate and secure. We strongly recommend monitoring tracking information and arranging for secure delivery when possible.

Incorrect Address Information

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Orders returned due to address errors may not be eligible for reshipment or refund.

Shipping Restrictions

It is the customer’s responsibility to understand and comply with all local, state, and federal laws regarding the receipt of hemp-derived products. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that cannot be legally shipped.
