Refund & Return Policy

Due to the nature of THCa hemp products, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been processed and shipped.

Defective or Contaminated Products

Refunds or replacements may be considered only in cases where a product is proven to be defective or contaminated at the time of delivery. Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery and must include clear photographic or video evidence of the issue, along with the original order number.

We reserve the right to request additional information or documentation to evaluate the claim. All refund or replacement requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and approved at our sole discretion.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or replacements will not be issued for:

  • Buyer’s remorse or preference changes

  • Incorrect product selection

  • Improper storage or handling after delivery

  • Normal variations in appearance, aroma, or texture

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

Approved Refunds
